OFFICE POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

 

Sessions last about 50 minutes and initially occur once per week. However, clients will determine how often they want to be seen during the course of treatment.

Office hours vary by day of the week, but between Drs. Barach and Fiedler, there are hours available between 9am and 7pm, Mondays through Friday.

We attempt to return all calls within 24 hours, and usually sooner.

Email is neither confidential nor protected, so we prefer that communication occur by voicemail.

In the event of an emergency, you may call our answering service at (425) 251-1314.  They will contact us or the psychologist on-call.
